Manage Class Calendar

Club or class administrators can manage calendar events for a class.

Club adminstrators can manage class and special event class calendar data from the Class Management Dashboard and Special Event Management Dashboard found in their Club Administrator Tools.

Class adminstrators can manage class calendars directly from their Class Administrator Tools.

The Manage Class Calendar page allows you to view, edit and manage events for your class.

From here you can also send custom event emails () to your class members and view responses / participation levels for upcoming events ().

The calendar display defaults to events for the current year, but you can search for past or upcoming events using the Search function. You can also sort current events by date by clicking on the Date row header.

Events can be added manually by clicking add event or by using the upload tool , where multiple events can be added at one time.
